BUPA

We no longer accept BUPA insurance due to capping of our fees. BUPA cap our fees so significantly that is is not feesible to accept their terms and conditions.

BUPA International tend to pay the full fee, and allow treatment at our clinic even though we are no longer registered with them. It must be stressed that the responsibility of retreiving the fees lies with you, the patient. We are happy to issue a receipt but cannot invoice BUPA International directly, nor can we take responsibility of any non payments.

Vitality

We no longer accept Vitality for osteopathy or physiotherapy, as they cap our fees. Here is a list of what they agree to pay which we refuse to accept:
Osteopathy – £45
Physiotherapy – £35

Contact Vitality

If you have insurance with Vitality, we ask that you pay us and claim from them directly, we will issue a receipt after each session. We can not take responsibilty for any non-payment by Vitality.
