Personal Training by Frank. Frank holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise Science and a Master’s in Physiotherapy. He is also an ISSA certified personal trainer. Combining his academic background with a deep understanding of strength and conditioning, Frank offers both physiotherapy and personal training sessions. His approach focuses on helping clients recover from injury, improve strength, enhance mobility, and achieve their fitness goals through personalized treatment and exercise programs.
