About our Personal Training

Your personal trainer, Frank. Frank will help you move and get a bit stronger, so that the world feels like a lighter place. Our philosophy at Get Strong, is to find your level and motivation to get stronger, and feel better. There will not be a culture of more is more, but more of what works for you, while still applying the principles that will help you get strong.

Frank holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise Science and a Master’s in Physiotherapy. He is also an ISSA certified personal trainer. Combining his academic background with a deep understanding of strength and conditioning, Frank offers both physiotherapy and personal training sessions. His approach focuses on helping clients recover from injury, improve strength, enhance mobility, and achieve their fitness goals through personalised treatment and exercise programmes, based in our fully equipped space.
